I moved with my family to the opposite side of Vienna and everything was finished in one day, by 16h, despite the bad weather. The employees are professionals and they are also able to solve ad-hoc problems (eg. blocked access to the building or similar). The important thing is that all the furniture arrived without damage. I can recommend MyUmzug.

Fast, correct, friendly, kind just everything the best you can imagine. They made my moving so much easier. Also workers are very kind and fast. Worth every euro. I will recommend “My Umzug” to everyone.

Very good service especially as we had two households to move. The company was professional, on time and provided excellent service. I would very much recommend them for any removal needs. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional at all times.

Excellent service from myumzug.
The initial contact and continuing communication was excellent and swift.
The initial estimate of time/people required proved to be accurate and similar to the ones they had given my other contacts. The team was always exactly on time and provided the quality moving materials at a good price and on time.
They team were really careful and super speedy at moving our things. They moved all the large plants and garden furniture from our 70sqm terrace and walked it all through our new apartment without leaving any marks. They were super careful with fragile items including a large antique mirror. They were also good humored and polite throughout the move even though they were working seriously hard.
So in summary, I was super happy with the service and would strongly recommend myumzug to others.
