Yesterday morning we moved to the 2nd district from the 21st. The two men that showed up with the move were very friendly and packed all of our belongings into the van very carefully and luckily nothing was damaged. ( sadly I cannot remember their names) but they will know who we are. :-) They carried our stuff up 4 flights of stairs including a bedframe, wardrobe etc and it was definitely a lot of work. We appreciate that they were friendly, got our furniture and that they got our belongings in and out of the apartments. The only disadvantage was that we didn't really realize how long the move would actually take, therefore the two of us also helped the men move the boxes etc. Perhaps the company can invest in some kind of machine that allows the men to move more boxes up the stairs at a time. Since we all have just two arms we therefore have to do many trips up and down the stairs. :-) I'm sure for the workers after lifting beds etc less trips up and down the stairs would be nice or perhaps a third person who just does the smaller items/boxes.
Thank you for the accident free move & we will definitely use the service again if we get the Teo from our last move.

Compared to another company I used few years ago (my previous move), this one was perfect.
No surprises, extra (hidden charges) or last minute changes.
Only negative point: they came about 30 minutes late and charged the full hour. However, since they did a very good work with the rest, I didn't mind at all...
Few tips:
- get a written confirmation
- get a free of charge visit (viewing)
- get boxes and packaging foil
(if you can, bring most small things down).
All in all: excellent service. Worth every €.

We were very happy with the Möbelpacker Team, starting with the friendly and competent advice for arrangements. The team doing the move was well organised and very fairly prized. We liked the local move in Vienna and so we will also ask them to do a move for us from France.

The Best company i have ever work with. I was looking for a transportation company trustworthy and with normal prices. I was moving to another apartment and the companies that i found had many hidden charges. So there are many of them who advertise a low price and then they strike you with a totally different amount. But this company is giving you the price and its that. NO extra charges. Plus that they are VERY VERY careful during the transportation and amazingly polite. Since the moment that i found them , i felt this amazing way of dealing with GOOD people. What can i say for Ms Tanja or Mr Zoran ? There are no words do describe them as people. Since then i always say to every friend of mine who seeks for transportation company to call them for every kind of packing , transportation and assembling . They are really the best.
