'FixUmzug – the PROFESSIONAL moving company'? A good joke. Two completely clueless 'carriers' rammed furniture, walls, and parquet floors, injured themselves, dumped fragile desk tops on the asphalt because the much too small truck was already full, and forced us to make a second trip from Lower Austria to Klosterneuburg. They had all the photos and quantities available long ago. The result: broken items, scratched floors, and weeks of wrangling over a hefty bill – without a discount, of course. A previous claim had received meager compensation, but this time there was nothing at all. If you're looking for stress, additional costs, and hassle, you've come to the right place – everyone else: keep scrolling!

I was very satisfied with the move! A fixed price was agreed upon in advance via email, and they kept to it. They even arrived earlier than agreed and transported everything extremely quickly and with great care. I can only recommend this moving company!

I can highly recommend this moving company. A fixed price was agreed upon for the move from Vienna to Carinthia. It was a really good offer, which is why I chose this company.
No hidden costs, free boxes, etc., rounded out the offer.
The employees were very nice and friendly, and they loaded the furniture and boxes in no time and set off for Carinthia. There, everything was unloaded and reassembled properly.
I would like to thank everyone again for the smooth process and the professional work, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

A perfect move. Everything went flawlessly. Not even the second floor without an elevator, with a relatively long and narrow path from the street to my new apartment, posed a problem. The guys handled it expertly and with plenty of muscle power. The price was fair, too. Highly recommended.
