We had a few problems, most created by our lack of knowledge, and the folks at E. Fall solved them all in a timely manner, including some hassles with customs.

Our packing/moving team was excellent. Good communication, very hard-working. They seemed to take great care to pack our items with appropriate protective packaging - from small, fragile glassware to large antique wooden furniture. Very pleased with their service!
